ERROR 8002AD23

My brother was playing SARP today at about1:32pm ET, under my name, and got kicked off and an error popped up. it even signed him out of the PSN. We signed back in, and we played another game of SARP and once the game ended, it froze our machine. Any thoughts?

i usta get it all the time, so id have to switch from wired to wireless for about a week, hen i changed back it would fix, it would do it every month or 2

i had for about a year. the problem was that my router could not handle the ps3 when i was online. solution was get a better router

OK, I am a tad confused. When I buy something on the PSS with any card I may use, its an instant thing. You automatically get your credit to be able to spend on the game, and funds are usually automatically deducted from what you used to pay. What I mean is like...if I use my debit mastercard, the fund come out but it still under pending status. If I use my credit card, I wont see the posted balance until 2 to 3 days but you still notice your credit limit drops to the amount of the purchase.

How could you own them money? That is kind of weird. I thought about maybe using a prepaid card, like a vanilla gift card, or one of those simon gift cards from the mall, but if you don't have have sufficient funds on that prepaid card, it wont credit your PSN account the credits to be able to download the game. So I am really lost on how you could " owe " them money. : \
